• Listing submissions (act name, contact details, bio)
• Event briefs (contact details, event information, audience, location, budget and requirements)
• Performer availability, quotes and commission calculations
• Shortlist and booking selections
• Booking enquiries sent through performer profiles
• Analytics data (via Google Analytics, if enabled)

How we use your data

We use your data to review performer applications, match event organisers with suitable acts, obtain and present quotes, coordinate booking selections and approved introductions, respond to enquiries and improve the service. We do not sell your data.

We only share an organiser's personal contact details with a performer after the organiser has approved an introduction, unless disclosure is required by law.
